If you swim 6 minutes or more for 400m freestyle then Yes! You should be able to swim 400m freestyle without stopping and have a Basic style. We're not looking for torpedoes here so you won't be out of your depth
After brief introduction session we take you through a couple of pacey swims and watch you swim, we grade you and then try and group you in ability.
We then slow your stroke right the way down and develop it, stopping at intervals to talk and check that everyones happy. We understand that not everyone can evolve at the same speed and we don't like to leave anyone behind.
We move through the drills section and feedback throughout and then try another couple of pacey swims to see how you are getting along.
We then move on through developing the stroke and try cuminate in another couple of 400m swims. you can do these at your own pace and don't suggest you try and race these.
Finally we ask you for some feedback and try and give you some individual areas that you can work on.
