We respect your privacy and attempt to provide you with accurate information at all times. If you feel that you or information about you is incorrect then Contact us and we shall endeavour to correct this.
If you do not wish to be featured on this website either by name or by image or movie then you have the right to have this information to be removed
1. You should write to us stating the full URL and detailing the request and stating a valid reason. ("I don't want my photo on the internet" will suffice)
2. In the case of Photos and movies the files will be deleted within 7 days of receipt of a formal request in writing. We suggest you use a recorded delivery service.
3. In the case of you name appearing on results we shall disguise your name within the results however your race number, sex, age category, club and times will still be there.
We only store the information about you that we need to on the internet
1. We do not sell or exchange your information to other people
2. We may occasionally contact you about other services we provide or races we attend
3. We may store further information about you on our internal systems you can request a text search of our systems. This will cost £25. We wil provide the information in writing.
